Process is not a dirty word

Conducting a search for a candidate online is faster now than it was five years ago, or is it? Even though more information about potential candidates is on the web, wading through the oodles of web pages is time consuming.

Also, consider the hectic life of a time-strapped recruiter – stakeholders, applicants, search calls, phone screens, interviews, meetings, reports, deadlines.

Now think about your process.
