How do you know where to improve your interview skills? Most organisations don’t provide detailed interview feedback which makes it challenging for individuals to know what needs to be fixed. Family and friends may give you well-meaning advice but usually aren’t trained or experienced in hiring methods.
The process for the Mock Interview Consult is:
- 1 hour and 15-minute coaching session
- Send me a description/job advertisement of a job you are interested in.
- I’ll prepare a set of interview questions in advance.
- We’ll go through a 30 minute mock interview.
- Then I’ll give you 30 minutes of feedback on what you did well and how you can improve. You’ll receive candid feedback from me, an experienced recruiter (it’s better that you practice your interview skills with me than with your ideal employer!).
- I will wrap up with any questions you may have.
- The total time for the session is 1 hour and 15 minutes.
